privacy

Effective October 20, 2026.

This notice covers genuineadvertisingbusiness.com (the "Service"). The intended operator is Genuine Advertising Business LLC. Its California formation filing is pending, and paid checkout will not open unless and until the entity is formed.

what we collect

Traffic. Our application stores aggregate page-view totals by UTC date and site. It checks request headers to exclude recognizable bots, prefetches, and requests carrying Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, then discards those headers. The counter does not store an IP address, browser identifier, referrer, visitor profile, or individual visit history. Repeat visits count. The public number is page views, not unique people, verified ad views, or independently audited impressions.

Placements and contributions. When these features open, we may collect the creative you upload, an optional public display name, placement and offer history, contribution amount, contact details, and records needed to resolve moderation, support, fraud, refunds, and disputes. Approved creative, display names, paid levels, and transaction activity may be public across the Service. Do not submit information you do not want displayed.

Payments. Stripe collects payment and billing details. We receive transaction identifiers, amount, status, and limited customer or payment-method information Stripe makes available to merchants. We do not receive your full card number.

Accounts. We collect your private email and, if you provide it, phone number. Your email supports login links and account recovery. Paying does not verify your email or phone number. Phone numbers are not public, and providing one does not subscribe you to texts. Text delivery is not enabled. Authorized operators can review and export contact submissions for account support and business administration.

Messages. We collect what you send to our support and legal addresses, along with related contact and technical information. Resend processes recipient addresses and message content to send login links and operational email. We do not use email open or click tracking.

how we use information

We use information to operate and secure the Service; process payments, offers, defenses, contributions, refunds, and chargebacks; publish placements and activity; moderate content; answer requests; keep business and tax records; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our terms; measure aggregate traffic; and comply with law.

providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to providers working for us, including Cloudflare for hosting, storage, traffic delivery, and security; Stripe for payments and fraud prevention; and OpenAI for content moderation. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request data, and security cookies in its infrastructure. Content sent through the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI models by default; OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs, including inputs and outputs, for up to 30 days unless different controls apply.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

cookies and browser signals

Login uses a necessary, secure session cookie lasting up to 30 days. A separate ten-minute cookie binds a login link to the browser that requested it. Session credentials are stored as hashes; queued login emails are encrypted and their content is removed after sending or expiry. Recovery revokes earlier sessions. We also keep short-lived hashed network and account rate-limit records to prevent abuse, separate from traffic analytics.

Our application does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not fingerprint you or create cross-site advertising identifiers. Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may set strictly necessary security cookies or keep network logs under their own policies. Requests carrying Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded from our application traffic counter as described above.

retention

Aggregate traffic totals may be kept for the life of the Service. Current approved creative and public placement records may be kept while displayed. Replaced, rejected, or abandoned creative is scheduled for deletion within 30 days unless it is needed for fraud, security, a dispute, a legal obligation, or a backup cycle. Payment, offer, refund, tax, and compliance records may be kept for seven years. Support and legal messages may be kept for two years, or longer when needed for an active matter. Providers may keep information under their own retention rules.

your choices and rights

You may use the public pages without submitting a name, creative, or payment. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email legal@genuineadvertisingbusiness.com. Describe your request and the email, transaction, or placement involved. We may verify your identity and may retain information when law or a legitimate security, accounting, or dispute need requires it. Applicable law may give you additional rights, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

security, children, and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no service is perfectly secure. The paid Service is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information about a child. We may update this notice as the Service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date before they apply prospectively.
